Before Your Visit
Preparing for Your PMU Appointment
Following these preparation steps ensures the best possible results and healing experience for your new brows.
Avoid Blood Thinners
Stop taking aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E supplements 48–72 hours before your appointment to minimize bleeding and ensure optimal pigment retention.
Skip Certain Treatments
Avoid botox, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial treatments for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
No Brow Services
Don't tweeze, wax, thread, or tint your eyebrows for 1–2 weeks before your appointment — I need to see your natural hair growth pattern.
Limit Stimulants
Avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol 24 hours before your appointment, as these can increase sensitivity and affect the numbing process.
Sun Protection
Stay out of direct sun and avoid tanning beds for at least one week prior to prevent skin irritation.
Arrive Fresh-Faced
Come to your appointment with clean skin — no makeup, lotions, or oils on the brow area so we can work with a clean canvas.
Plan Your Schedule
Allow 2–3 hours for your appointment and avoid important events for 7–10 days afterward, as your brows will be darker initially during the healing process.

I'll cleanse the brow area thoroughly and apply a topical numbing cream to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure.
Brow Design & Mapping

First Pass Application
